I started my first Design & Consulting business in 2003, working with Private and Commercial clients in architectural design. I continued this as a side business whilst studying at University/College, and whilst gaining experience with other employers.

Early in my career I worked for an international design & construction consultancy as an architectural designer, and a UK National Heath Service Trust as a Project Manager managing development projects, working in an internal consultancy in the organisation.

In 2012 I went full time on my consultancy and I have provided services to Commercial, Public Sector & Private clients, offering services in Design, Project & Programme Management, and leadership on complex Development & Transformation Projects. To date through my consultancy I have worked on projects with a delivery value of in excess of $180mm+ of projects.

Through this experience and my design background I developed my unique method which I use to deliver the projects I work on.

My method, takes it's routes from my creative design background, and my experience gained working on live projects. It incorporates other tools and processes which are used in project & programme management.

I am an Artist by nature, I design systems rather than follow them. I have a passion for figuring out how and why things work, or don't work. I work intuitively with clients to assess their situation, discover what they want as an outcome, help them design a solution, and then create that solution and deliver their Vison.

I have reached a point in life where I enjoy sharing my experience, skills and knowledge in a bid to help more people.
